As part of the Sodeva Group we design and manufacture our own ultrasonic components for a better integrated know-how in our cutting equipment and at the end a better quality with a lower price at the same time, for the value you will get.

This better integrated know-how of the ultrasound components within the electromechanical parts allow us to propose a remote diagnosis option on all the machine, including the ultrasonic portion, which cannot be done by our competitors purchasing the ultrasonic portion.

You get lower running and maintenance costs for a faster payback, because:

• the nearly frictionless cutting keeps the blade clean for a long time.
• the cut is so clean that there is no small bits generated during cutting nor projected around,
• with the ultrasound you can automatically clean the blade in a simple water bath in a split of a second, leaving the blade as good as new and this can be made automatically at the required frequency during the production cycle itself, cutting down cleaning times!

Depending on our workload, our equipments can be either rented or purchased; you may also be interested in our own second-hand equipment.
